1953 chevy 210 car project

my dad is wanting to sell his 1953 chevy 4 door project car, car is a roller, no motor or trans, was setup for v8 and fuel cell at one point. good seats and dash, has damage on rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. good project car, was gunna do a ratrod but change of plans.
