Wheel base shortened 16 inches (111" wheel base) and another eight inches removed from the rear frame.
454 Big Block, TH350 transmission and NP205 transfer case
Dana 44 HD front axle, 4.10 gears with ARB air locker and disc brakes
Dana 60 rear axle, 4.10 gears with ARB air locker and disc brakes

BFG 35"x12.50 KM1s on steel wheels almost new

Winch, Garwood PTO 20,000 Lb. rated from a Deuce and a half with 400 feet of 7/16" cable that can run out the front or the rear of the truck.

Combined total of 55 gallons of fuel storage between the factory 20 gallon behind the seat tank and a custom fuel cell mounted to the bed.

Depends what wheelbase you want to end up with. Short bed may be fairly easy. A long bed might be easier just to use a LB frame.
