An NP203 right? Sounds like your linkages need to be adjusted, or you may have the same problem I had; the shifter was worn out. I fix the problem by swapping in an NP205.:rolleyes:
 
worked for me...great thread and nice rig...time to invest in a locker and pay a lil more attention to your front tires...try to keep em a lil straighter next time...great job of getting "unstuck" tho...;)

what sucks is that the other 2 trucks that made it had mud tires and my tires are all-terrain and they just turned into slicks with the clay
 
What I saw was the other trucks had better gearing and or more power to get the tires to self clean. You had so little real wheel spin it's no wonder they caked up.

I'm gonna guess you got 3.73's at best, but it really looks like you have 3.08's by the way your truck is performing.

Watch one of your vids, except just listen to the truck. Now watch the other black K5 and really listen to the difference.
