It's the huge hack ass patch job that pisses me off. It doesn't even line up right hence the reason why all 4 bed bolts are not installed.

Sancho is living up to his name, just need to find some bailing wire holding something together to fully solidify the name.
I need to get under the truck and see WTF is going on. Looks like the frame was cut and another crossmember was welded in.
and the tailgate hinge is different so I need to source the older version and likely the limit straps. I never even knew the older trucks had different hardware until I went to install this tailgate.
then I see all these SWB 4x4 trucks on CL that can't pass smog for under a $1K and my mind starts running wild with cab swap ideas since Sancho is presmog.

Believe me when I say...
Been working on Sancho a little here and there. Had to spray the engine bay again because of the spiders and followed that up with a good pressure wash. Ordered some parts through summit and scrounged up a carb, manifold, HEI, script valve covers from other builds. Plan is to get it running on a gas can before I put the 25 gallon K5 tank in.
