1978-87/91 K30 or M1028 Regular Cab Dually

I am starting to look for a 1978-87/91 K30 regular cab dually pickup. I need something that runs and drives currently as I don't have time for a major project right now. I would prefer an '85 up 6.2L with an SM465/NP205 for the drivetrain. However, I will also consider a 454 if it has TBI.

My preferences:
Price range $5000 or less including getting it to my door but, at $5K it had better be very nice.
6.2L NA or 454 TBI
'85 or newer SM465 4 spd
NP205 tcase
RUST FREE and straight body (I would rather deal with dents than rust)

Found and bought it today... one owner 1982 Chevy K30, 6.2L goodwrench crate motor, SM465, NP205, D60/70. Body is straight and rust free and under my budget.

Might I ask what you acquired it for? Just to have knowledge on what the market is selling K30's for today.

The price tag on the windshield said $4900 or so.
You can go back to the pic and read it, unless he haggled some and got it cheaper.

Didn't pay attention to that. Too busy looking at the beauty of the truck rather than numbers.

Thats still a great score for under $5K.

I figured you probably haggled a bit after all it's a dealership, never pay the sticker price.
