Thats always the rub. AI have been planning on an 8.1l swap but the 455’s keep creeping in on me.
Does it spin freely? The olds 455 I mean.
I might need a replacement for my boat.
I need to see if the engine I have is rebuildable, if not I might be looking for one
I hand not pulled that one into the shop to diagnose yet. I need to finish a couple other things first.

The motor turns free. The frame is in good shape but engine crossmember was notched slightly with extra plates added for motor mounts. Axles are pulled but buyer feel through a they are 3.73 instead of 4.10.
