I did the same thing till I got a set of factory ones.
Looks good man! Very similar to mine besides the nice new tires you got.
If you lived close Id donate you some mirrors and a grill for it.
Grille and mirrors have to change!!! Probably will run the newer style mirror or I have a set af camper mirrors....doors are junk anyway
I prefer the camper style for thar year.
Keeps it year correct. Not that it matters much but the Ford mirrors definitely got to go!

I love that truck, don't change anything. The hub caps look great. The height from fender to top of tire looks the same front and back in that last picture.
Ha thank you. I think its pretty cool. Bout the only changes left are new locking hubs, exhaust, fix the brakes.
New locking hubs....old selectros up for sale
Put a new master cylinder on it today, brakes actually work!

whats the part number for MM hubs?
Took today off work. Swapped out the broken and leaking exhaust manifolds for new summit headers. Actually super impressed with the fit and flanges on them, especially for $150! Also removed the crappy mirrors and installed a set of GM camper mirrors. Also swapped the tow hooks on the hickey grille guard to the outside so you can actually use them.
Oh and actual K30 front caps!
Added some new exhaust tonight. Probably should have spent a little more money on chambered mufflers but these are better than what was on it. Balance tube is next.

dumps under the bed = LOUD in cab and lots of droan sound. . . try it see what you think but years ago i did this and later added just a tail pipe to the back bumper and HUGE change in the incab sound levels and more fun to drive after .
Yup, had more than a few. This one mostly sits so cheap and quick it was.
Added the Superlift 3.5" front lift today. The rear is still stock 3" 77-78 K30 rear blocks. Going to change them to 4" to level it out for now.
