Hello all.

Picked up my first K5 Blazer a month or so ago and am just getting around to checking out the wiring. One of the previous owners made a bit of a mess of everything and I want to try to straighten it out. There was extra wires running all over the place for the radio and some extra 12v outlets. As well as a cut/spliced wired for the blower motor. When I pulled the dash cover off I noticed a black and grey wire spliced together as well as a brown and grey wire spliced together. There is also a yellow wire with a spade connector fitted. Just curious if anyone could identify what they do. Thank you!!

Are those wires glued/stuck together as a pair? If so, could have been something used in the past, cut off and taped up. Have you taken that tape off to see if it is indeed spliced together?

That fuse box looks original to me. Both relays are made in USA, thats a good sign.

I did un-tape them and saw they were spliced together. Glad the fuse box looks original the previous owners just made a mess of everything.
