Everything that I have found has listed the 76-78 caddy calipers, but I found a 1980 yesterday that has the rear disc with the e-brake levers. Is there a size difference with this or is it something else? Didn't know if it was something that could be easily modified to make work or if it was just a waste of my time to even try. Thanks.

They're not the same size and will require a custom bracket. IIRC they are smaller than the 10 bolt and '76-'78 calipers and would not fit in the brackets most commonly found for the 14 bolt. I think they will work with a 10 or 12 bolt disc brake kit though. I had a guy with a Ford F250 come into my store to buy a set of those calipers for his D60 rear disc kit, so there might be something you could adapt to a 14 bolt.
