suggestion, use 4 bolts, and as big as possible to fill the hole. little extra to keep from moving. Have you tired your box against the plate they sometimes need a little rework to allow box to fit flat.

When we do it we will be using a c clamp to pull the plate closer to the frame and a center punch to keep the other two holes in line with the frame holes.
thanks for the advice.

Okay got some more items mark the off the list.
The front spring had a zero rate add a leaf installed by the previous owner.
As seen in the attached photo. as you can see it is upside down.
So, I took the flat leaf out and turned the add a leaf block over.
She rides so much better.
Have new Bilstein 5100 series shock coming in the next day or two.

Nice! Someone before you didn't have a clue, ehh?
Previous owner stuff can be a pain sometimes. :doah:

I don't see how flipping the block will affect the ride, unless the U-bolts were loose, you didn't put the sway bar back on or adjusted the tire pressure.

He took the flat leaf out.
Turning the block over just put the rounded side against the spring, which is better for the spring.

Oh, I see in the pictures now. The bottom leaf was removed from the pack.
