I have a Ram mount X-grip to hold my phone so I can use the speedometer app and navigation. Not sure how it’s going to work when it comes to stability, but I do have it mounted so the camera is functional and plan on taking some videos. They have 2 or 3 different mounting options. Mine is mounted solid, but my boss has the suction cup base in his truck and it seems to work well. I think they’re only $35-40?

Took all damn day and still come up short.... This is why nothing ever gets done. Also had a cut off wheel explode and hit my leg... Luckily it was just a ricochet.

Glad the cutoff wheel didn’t cause any harm.

Many times, progress comes in smaller increments than we might hope and plan for. I have to constantly push out intermediate goals. Persistence and patience are the most powerful tools in the chest.

Hit it again, and keep at it.

What's the problem?
The tube brackets that bolt to the sliders don't meet it...

Guess I have been hitting the desert to hard, the factory battery tray lost a bolt and kicked the battery sideways. Luckily it's a agm and ok. The factory floor mounted high beam switch harness also decided to kick the bucket so cut it out and wired it with spades.

Took some frustration out.

That's cool. I didn't even know anyone made something like that.

Come on man. The problem you had there was not a $250 fix kinda problem....
There was other issues with it as well, I tried to use the existing bolt holes and by the time I was able to bolt it all down to the floor it wouldn't have centered the seat.
