I'm going to go ahead and suggest going to tie rod ends. Maybe you could just sell your whole current setup and just keep the knuckles?
My opinion is that they might be plenty strong, but I feel like being exposed to the elements will wear them out so quick.
I looked around at various manufactures and didn't see anything under 100 drilled for a 3/4 heim.
I did find this though, curious how well good it really is.

Watch out for the length of the arms. Companies build lots of random lengths and there is a relationship between the length of the pitman arm and length of the steering arm that makes sure that you get full lock to lock turning and that you're not leaving any steering power on the table.

You have an ORD 4 link kit. Buy an ORD steering arm. You don't need high steer.
