That's cool. Company I work for owns a powder coat shop. I should start powder coating my parts.... :whistle:

Removed all the carbon and took every bit of gaskets off and cleaned all up. The cylinder walls don't have the oily residue anymore, is this going to be a problem? Light pressure of a scotch bright took it all down.

Ended the day with the block and valley cover in primer, color will go on tomorrow.:thumb:
 
Good job Ben! Good to see you back in it and excited again! Hopefully Shawn will be able to make it over for a day next weekend! In the mean time, doing what your doing is perfect. All the little stuff that needs cleaned and painted before install has to get done sooner or later!
 
Have been talking to my dad during dinner about the truck. I have been telling him all along he gets first ride..... Scratch that I get first ride it is only fitting he gets to drive his old truck.:thumb:
