No engine building tonight, summit sent me the wrong head bolts and the head gaskets were never put on order. A bit bummed but how long has the engine sat for already? What's another week.

What's another week? 7 more days that you could have been doing burn-outs if you hadn't hit another delay.


BTW, does anyone know why the forum software interprets the word "burn-out" (without the hyphen) as a smiley? All the other smileys require colon markings. But that one just jumps in whether you want it or not.

Shawn and I got some work today, he worked his magic with the welder and I completed the 8 lug swap. I sure got my ass kicked doing it. My hands didn't want to work today.

3/16 steel and we are not even done yet, needs more beef.
