it will probably go back on for some things but not a lot. I need to fine tune it and work the kinks out so nothing hits when it droops side to side with steering and when it bump travels. Also more plate work will be getting done and mount bump cans with limiting straps. Still a lot more work to do but hey it at least supports itself

Man i love the looks of the generals. Only thing better are the short course generals.
They are a nice looking tire, they ride really good to down the street. I just hope they don't tear up the front end.

I don't see hardly any of those tires around here (since there's no desert anywhere near me), but the few guys I've seen running them say that if you're going to drive them a lot on the street, you need to keep them aired up and rotated religiously or they'll wear really fast. Maybe they have a soft compound. I don't think you'll have to worry too much about that since it's not going to be your daily driver.
They sure look cool. Those red letters are awesome. I would consider buying them just for that feature alone.

I have been talking with a tuner, for the initial pcm tune, street tune and 30 mins on a dyno is going to cost 440, do you guys think this is fair?

Seems little high. Around here we have RPM,Mayhem motorspots and LS1Excitement and all do killer LS work you should see Paul Falcons T/A run at the Holley LS shootout (he owns LS1excitment).
I paid 360 for everything including dyno. In FL though..
This is a well known tuner and clients fly him around.

Just paid $500 for my 406 to be dyno tuned. Engine dyno, but I think $440 is pretty fair.
If he's good, $440 is more than fair. Anybody can do a bad tune for cheap... good talent will usually cost a bit more.
Can we do burnouts?
