I vote "red squirrel" as the color.

It rubs on the front when articulated but sense this is a mall crawler curbs don't rub.

I'll be trimming soon.
Sounds good, I'm in the body work part of my build and am trying to decide on where I need to cut. It will be leafs to get it on the road and links in the future.

This.

Paint it one color with something decent (using an air powered sprayer is pretty awesome for a project this big). Then use it.
I have a idea I'm going to do, hopefully it impresses people. This truck will always get used and it will always be blue.

Noise came back on deaceleration I swear it's the tcase, but I haven't heard one go bad to pin point it.

Dont paint it.

It looks so awesome all multi colored. Way more cool sleeper factor.

Well im back to chasing vibrations...

75+ it shakes, been looking at the pinion angle and all kinds of stuff. I also bought a new u joint to replace the slip yoke joint. If that doesn't fix the issue I'm going to take the shaft to a driveline shop.

Vibrations will drive one nuts. Sure did me, and I went down the same path you're talking about - pinion adjustment, rebalance tires, rebalance the shaft, new joints - and my bogey was an ever so slightly loose pinion nut on the 205.

Good luck!

David
