Thanks guys, I really want to try and make this truck a cream puff. The interior is lacking a lot that I hope to get fixed up before next year, I have a ton of ideas floating around it should be a complete cockpit.

Don't blame you. I usually shut ours off when hitting the trail. But a couple days on this trip we had the front and rear ac on high with the rear windows up. Felt like cheating.

This year BB was not bad at all, but there are plenty of times when I wished I had A/C. Vintage air is on my list as well.

I've said it multiple times, but here I go again. Vintage Air is only good for hot, dry air. Even a summer night storm would be too much and fog the windows.
Winter was a royal pain in the butt.
My opinion, yes I know how opinions compare to ____holes, the ease of install, by having the directions on front of you, aren't worth the hassles of cleaning up the install details just to have a one season truck.
If it had fresh air option, that would be a huge help.
But I hear that the non-air firewall is different.

My '90 does this on a 93* day.

I was wondering how hard it is to swap factory AC into a non-AC cab?
