I used plastidip on my old 4runner, We had a good pressure washer at work and I was able to wash it off

That would restrict flow quite a bit, it doesn't get any wider to maintain flow, it just gets much more restricted in the turn.

For plastidip a good pressure washer will help. But the Dip Desolver helps on the stubborn stuff.
