I was going to say paint, as that is what the 'Burb is under for.
Close enough until I can get it body worked the way I want it.
Working until noon, driving home for 2.5 hours, digging out the trailer and picking up the truck to strip it down and will start the wrap tomorrow!

They used to make a polish specifically for vinyl wraps, but I don't know if they still do.
Does it sit outside much? Just keep in mind that after 5 to 7 years, you're going to want to think about getting that removed. The longer it's on there, the more difficult removal will be. The hood and roof will be the first to need it.

I like it a lot, would be better if the body was perfect but this is just to get by again until I can do it right.

24/7 until I get a garage. Hoping in 4 years it will get sent off for a real paint.
That should work good. We wrapped my buddies truck and then let it sit for 10 years plus and now it's a baked-on, cracked mess. We just spray painted over it.
People often think a wrap will hide flaws, but it will lay down just as tight as a paint layer. I'm glad you're being realistic about it. Looks like you're doing a good job with the install. I tell people they'll be surprised that it's not terribly hard to do.
I’m paying a guy to do it. But even after sanding and it’s smooth it still shows. It’s not perfect but it’s good enough and looks good to me.
I’m also helping a lot and working more hours on it than he is. Good trade
