1985 Chevy M1009

Man, I almost forgot how nice they look new. That sucks about the snap mismatch.
I was missing some hardware when I got mine years back, but the customer service when I called was excellent

Pulled this one back into the shop to diagnose and repair. I was daily driving it over the sinner but one day or just died after it started briefly. Then no fuel at the injectors but I was seeing pressure at the fuel filter.

33 x 55, built to the exact footprint of the old garage that was falling down at the time. It is an odd size, but it made the permitting easier and cheaper that way when they built it.

Replacing the old direct drive starter today only to realize that I used the starter brace I had on hand for the gear reduction type in the Blue GMC. So that is on order and I can finish Monday once it gets here.

did the new unit switch the start signal to outside of solenoid ? Why the F GM didn't do that in oh idk 1955 maybe.

I've never had a need for one on a 6.2L.
