It's a beauty, I know. Here's some info:
-Originally 305 now a pre 80 350 (you cali boys are out...no emissions stuff) This motor has blown a head gasket and leaks coolant into the exhaust, but still starts and runs reliably. I have a 1980 good used 350 on a stand for an extra $150, but this still has good oil psi and is repairable. This motor has approx 20K on a rebuild of unknown quality.

- Tranny is a 700 with the same 20K and I am unsure who rebuilt it
` Transfer case is 208. Both shift well
- Axles are 10's with 3.73's. The rear has new AAM spider gears and synthetic gear lube.
-This truck was daily driven until it started smoking like James Bonds Astin and was fleet maintained. Within the past 10K it's had new shocks, brakes, windshield wiper motor and squirter pump(the windshield is cracked)
-The tires are under 10K as well. They are 225/75-16E Hercules Terra Trac with a brand new matching spare that has never hit the ground. The rear spring packs have been upgraded to handle the weight without sagging.
-Everything works but the A/C. I still have most of the parts for that.
-PW/PL, but the windows are SLOW.
-Sliding rear window.

The rust on the Utility body is surface rust. If you have had a Utility body then you know they ar tough as nails (they are also about 8 grand new)
All the locks work and are keyed alike.

-The interior is not much to look at, but it is very comfy and has no strange odors. I spent a good bit of time going thru it to work out any rattles and squeaks. This rides SOLID.

I've got way more in than I'll ever get out but the wife want's it gone. Looking for $1500. I also have an extra 350 for $150. I also have a drivers door with matching interior.

I would really like cash, but Paypal is OK too.
Trades you ask ? Motorcycles/Dirt Bikes of equal or lesser value.
A class C motorhome project has been on my mind as well.

Questions? PM me or Email at [email protected]

The truck is located in Lead,SD 57754. I took it off the road, but we have plenty of driveway to run through the gears for a proper testdrive.

Thanks for looking.

Mike

Bump it up. Open to any and all offers/trades. I'd rather not part it, but you never know.

Trades for Motorcycle, Dirt bike, Chevy conversion van, Class C motorhome, tools, parts or whatever

I'd even throw in a rust/dent free drivers door and good 350 if that helps.
Just hate to scrap such a good driving truck.

It used to be back in the day a good running, driving 4x4 was worth a grand. Would rather trade for a dirtbike or a winch or parts for my 90 sub.
Willing to seperate truck and box.

I'm going to look into donating it for tax purposes. Has anyone done this?

Bump. Price drop. Whole or part.

I've been lazy and haven't done anything with this truck except drive it up to check the mail a few times. I still don't know what to do with it. It's too good to just throw away or scrap, but I've got two other trucks of this vintage.

Should I just part out a running/driving truck?

Try the local Craigslist instead.
