1987 Bucket Seats Latch

Hello - I am new to the site. After restoring a 86 Silverado now Im in it again with an 87 blazer. My question is my blazer has folding seats and in reading this forum it looks as if this was the first year for this. On my passenger side the latch is broken to fold the seat forward which in turn slides it forward. I found earlier seats but they have the bottom latch that lifts the seat forward. That seat however does not fold down correct. If anyone has a latch I sure am interested in it. Thank you and I love the site. [email protected]

Mine's an '88 and looks like this one:

Listing is for a Firebird, but the notes say it fits a Blazer. Hope it helps.

I am very interested in purchasing this auction. Can you tell me or call me at 573-699-4735. I want to ensure that the top handle or latch is able to be taken out and replaced because that is the only part I need. Im not asking you to take it out and sell me just that at all. I would be happy to purchase the whole unit. Just want to ensure that the lever does come out

Sorry man, that's not my auction. I just looked it up for you on ebay.

I've never tinkered with the levers on mine so I can't tell you what is involved in swapping them out. I'd imagine there's a rivet or two in that thing. Why not swap out the whole assembly?
