1987 gmc jimmy 4" 35s in NJ

I have an 87 gmc jimmy, 350, jasper 700, 208. Superlift Front leafs 4", rear blocks. Has dry rotted 35s, may have another set of good 35" bfgs.
This truck is 97 percent rust free.
It was a Virginia truck, and my buddy brought it back to jersey, and it just sat in his driveway for a couple years.
It has blue interior, it's skittle rough.
Rear window cracked, but I have another tailgate for it.
I just did a tune up and it's running better, it still has a miss somewhere, probably a sensor. Or still running fresh gas through it.

Shame you have to part a nice truck. But in the pics of the driverside fender, whats with the rear part wheel arch at the bottom? How's the driverside door? Is it manual locks/windows?

The tire was rubbing on the rear part of that fender, so it's a bit massaged.
The driver door is in good shape. It's power locks/windows.
