Mike, i think you should run a piece of tube from the bends on the hoop to the bends on the main piece. That would be alot stronger and look better imo. Just a thought for wheb u go production

Yeah, thats what I explained above the pictures. The photos are not a completed bumper. There are support pieces running from the stinger to where the main tube intersects the rear tube. Ill post some pics tomorrow hopefully of a more completed unit.

Thanks guys! I have gotten a great response in this area, and I am working on the web site to do a full launch on line of bumpers, cages, sliders, boat-side kits etc. Any thoughts or wants of product are always welcome!!!! And my prices are far less than competitors.

I have a similar rear in the works, that will house spare, Jerry cans, and water. Ill post pics as soon as its ready!

nice bumper, id like to make something like that someday
