Well I traded my 1986 Jimmy off at Restore A Muscle car. The Jimmy may have been a little nicer in someways, paint/body. It had a very tired 305 and I was getting bored with it. Took it back to Restore and made a trade for this 1987 V10 Blazer

TBI and 4 speed were definitely and upgrade from the 305/700R4. Much more enjoyable
That leather wrapped 4 post steering wheel also stayed with me, installed that and new carpet hold downs.

First thing I had noticed is the top had never been off and there was a small bubble forming on the rail. Truck is from Nevada and pretty well rust free. @78SWB came over and helped me pull the top and reveal the damage. Thankfully this was agreed on with the purchase. So back to the shop it went and was repaired.

LMC. They come in a GM accessories box. Seem pretty nice. Hopefully they hold up
Got some Expel paint protection film that has a texture to it. Added this this “sill plate” of both rockers. I would cringe everytime my boy would get in and out and step on the paint
