Hey all, I just replaced my ball joints and my tie rod but only on the passenger side of my truck and I was left with some pretty bad alignment issues. Both front tires have positive camber and it pulls hard to the left when I drive it. I know I messed something up. What are the causes of this, as in will I need to focus more on tweaking the ball joints or the tie rod to correct the camber and the alignment.
Thanks guys

Seems like someone makes an offset threaded insert that goes in the knuckle, the offset whole allows for you to make camber/caster adjustments at the ball joint - maybe your axle has those and it turned?

Did you replace the top ball joint adjusting sleeves? It's possible the old ones were offset to correct for something being tweaked. Replacing a ball joint with a new one shouldn't change the camber or caster enough to notice. Did you find any other shims in there, like behind the spindle? The only thing I can think of to mess up is not getting the ball joints properly seated in the knuckle or in the tapers.

what is the truck we are talking about? 4wd or 2wd ? If 4wd having a drastic change i camber is odd. are the spindles seated in the knuckle properly, are the spindles bent from removal?

If you replaced your tie rod, how did you set the toe when done?
