Don't know if it will work, but I have a grill and bezels for a 91 GMC suburban, 3/4 ton, with single lights. Let me know, I live near Richmond, VA

the gril is the same for both styles, but the headlight bezels are different, unless you have chrome bezels then the grille will have some chrome accents.
