So far I've replaced the fuel tank (mainly cause it was rusted and dented) the fuel sending unit, fuel pump, fuel pump relay and ignition module. I just tested to see if it was getting spark by using a inline spark tester and connecting it to the spark plug it light up, same with connecting it to the distributor and ignition switch. when trying to start it its not getting any fuel at all nothings coming out of the injectors.

I'm completely stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stupid question, but since you didn't mention it, did you replace the fuel filter?
And can you hear the pump running? Did you also replace the rubber line that the fuel pump connects to? They tend to split and deteriorate when this "newer" gas is used.

yes sorry for got to mention it. I have replace the fuel filter and the rubber line that connects into the fuel pump the new fuel pump came with one.

If the fuel pump cycles for 2 seconds after the key is turned to the on position then you have a bad pick-up coil inside the distributor. You can still have spark but no injector pulse as it controls both. I would suggest you get a NOID light and check for injector pulse and if that's good then jumper the red wire that hangs from the fuel pump relay to positive battery as that will force the fuel pump to run then see if it starts.
