1989 v1500 Suburban

I agree I’m always after 4.10s or at-least 3.73s, but everything I end up wanting to keep has 3.42s or 308s it seems. Oh well I have lots of parts vehicles and/ or ideas like this.

I tried adding some pictures to my last post; I just noticed they will not add. I am a premium member, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

If you're adding to an existing post by editing it you should be able to, just click on the 3 dots menu and click edit, the picture icon should be there at the top.

Are you getting the insert image icon? If not you may have accidentally hit the "Toggle BB code" icon, it's the "[ ]" icon.
Or are you inserting images and then they are not posting?

I go to “attach files” and they load up but do not post with the rest of the post.

I was having no problem posting this morning and I now tried and I got oops, something went wrong

Was not planning on going this far but the bottom ball joint on my donor axle is toast. I’m hoping to just swap knuckles with my 6 lug axle since they were still tight.

Got it all back together minus shocks and front driveshaft. I ended up using my whole steering knuckle on the passenger side as well. Hopefully after supper tonight I can get the shocks installed and driveshaft hooked up.

Might need a drop hitch?

I have a 4” drop in my blazer that would work a lot better. I was too lazy to swap it out. This is a good problem to have considering the pictured 2” drop used to scrape going in and out of certain driveways!
