1991 crew cab v3500 4x4 wire diagram needed

The truck came with a tbi 350 sm465 everything worked fine just no power pulled engine put in a 502 and a nv 4500 now the truck won't shut off and no power to the horn/ d/m fuse and T/L fuse and ECMB fuse the dome light will only come on when the truck starts. Any suggestions? Thanks
