1991 v3500 - big dumb lifted forever truck

It's crazy to me the guys buying old ass mickeys and other tires to get the retro look. I know they hold up better than the new stuff but scary if you do anything more than show it.
@obijuank5 if you really want to see the old school stuff go to the Jamboree in Indy in September, there will be quite a few trucks there.

White Barts or some Weld Super Singles would fix that problem. Just sayin... 
Welds come pre cracked it seems but a buddy is not coming off a set of 16.5x14 super singles for less than 2200. I sold him my last set I had like a dumdum.
I know some of the 17" designs have problems but I've had 2 sets without crack issues, the take-a-way there is to get D7's.

Then he got a 91 Blazer and eventually searched the world over for another set of D7’s, after they were discontinued, and found a set - but sadly he sold that set as well…it’s a sad story that will someday have a movie made about it.
I may have a set of American Eagle 589s in 16.5 if you are looking to go that route

Hopefully that guy has learned his lesson and wont repeat this tragic event a third time
There is talk of a third effort to acquire the highly sought after D7’s and stick with them until the end - I think that it will make for a truly happy ending when the movie comes out!
