1995 Tahoe "build" thread. *new question post 68*

Pathfinders have had a split rear window forever.

Did get a little done on the hoe today. Got the rear seats modified so that they fold down again. 3 of the cables are broken... I didnt take any pics but i did... things... to make them fold down without no stinking cables! Also did some clean up of some of the stains it had on the back seats. Obviously a long term soccer mom vehicle before i got it. Looks like i will get it registered and start driving it next week!

Well it appears this project is going to be short lived. Looks like its up for sale now that i just bought my new truck.

Bought for $900. Put about $120 into it so far. Hoping to get $1500 for it. It still needs a few things. Most importantly, a radiator and a driver front brake rotor.

Fix it first before you sell it. Makes it much more appealing to buyers.

Still plugging away at the stuff that i had planned to do to this tging. I still might end up driving it a little bit before it sells and i want it to be as desireable as possible to a prospective buyer. So, i hot the passenger door handle replaced today.

And here is the shoe string that the po installed to open the door. Can you believe that someone actually did all the work needed to replace the handle, bit didnt actually replace it?

Yeah those stupid things are a pain but its mostly popping the little plastic tabs and getting the power windows switches unplugged that sucks. Just did my driver side door last year

So im thinking about renting a polisher like this. $15 a day. Do you think with this i can get out these scratches and most of the swirl marks?

I dont think there will be a next for a long time. Its actually a relief to just have two vehicles to divide my time/money with instead of four.

Yes. The 2012, The 78, and the burb. But i dont really count the 12 ause it doesnt really need anything.
