1996 Silverado....No spark

This question is about a friends truck. It is a 96 silverado 1500 with a 5.7 350. The problem is, is that it has no spark to the plugs. He has replaced the coil, ignition box, ecu, wires, and rotor with no luck. The truck was running fine, then just died and hasnt had any spark since. I think its a bad ground somewhere. Anyone have any ideas?

Has he checked for a crank sensor pulse? Not sure but i think that if no crank pulse = no spark.

Woah hes replaced ALL THAT STUFF?!?!?!? THats ridiclous. Id check the CKS too, if thats not working, nothign will.
