what axle ? how much lift ?

if dana 60 . might be faster to find a dodge arm and re-taper it .

used arms like you want are rear .

Going on a 10bolt so that or d44. I'm planning on 3" of lift, 2" spring and 1" aal. Long term I'll do crossover but I figured I would do this to get me by if I can do it cheap. If nobody has one, oh well, I'll just wait until I do crossover.

This is that same pitman arm with a 4" spring. No bumpsteer. I think you'd be ok without it.

I only wanted it because I am currently at 2". Stock springs with another leaf added for 1" and then a 1" aal pushing the axle forward 1". I had to trim some off of the drag link ends to get it short enough. I have noticeable bump steer but nothing bad. If I let go of the wheel driving down the freeway It will rock back and forth about an inch as the truck rolls over the bumps, I can feel it tugging holding the wheel but there is enough slop in the box to not make the truck change direction. I guess I can give it a try without it and order a new one if I do need it.

Yeah your problem is the shorter drag link from pushing your axle forward.
Cross over is the only real solution.
The drag link was already too short to work off road, shorter now is no good
