The ultimate goal for this truck is tow duty/family camping trips/small offroad adventures.
I don't see how that cross member can work with a transfer case. Unless I'm seeing it wrong. It looks like the cross-member comes up higher than the 6-bolt flange on the tranny case. And the BW flange will be slightly larger yet in diameter.
An optical Aeutian, perhaps?
Also, the adapter you have would put the cross member further forward vs. what you have now.
If you go back to page 65, Luke put some pictures up of a 4x4 setup. It actually looks like it is fairly close. I need to get some side-by-side comparisons lined up.

He probably can't afford the 1410 CV .250 wall driveshaft. That's what it takes to withstand the 6.5 fire. Twisting .125 wall like it's a twizzler.
A matching bed is probably at the top of my list. I am currently using my truck, therefore it works.
I think that's why I never got around to painting my tailgate letters.
Can't believe the peanut gallery never made fun of that.
