2000 GMT400 CREW CAB SFA SWAP-The Warden: Fuel leak fixed and awaiting surgery…

The ultimate goal for this truck is tow duty/family camping trips/small offroad adventures.
I’ll say that the end goal is some custom springs from ORD, then end all to chasing great ride quality. But I can totally enjoy the truck for a while and move on to more important things like making it actually 4wd.

Man, we got about an 1/8th inch of ice on top of our 3" of snow last night, and this diesel is just about worthless. The 4x4 project just got moved up quite a few pegs on the to-do list.

You've been sitting on this thing for 2.5 years and *NOW* is when you decide that 4WD is a handy thing to have? :doah:

I was afraid you were gonna say it didn’t start. So it started that means it’s not worthless
It was about 16* this morning and it fired up with only a couple cranks and 1 GP cycle. Tonight and tomorrow should be a great test. We have a low tonight of -3* so I am excited to see what it does tomorrow morning.

Excited? I'll bet good money that your truck doesn't share your great excitement. :sign29:
