You should get a Fleetwood toyhauler slide in camper...you know...cause all the cool kids are doing it these days
To me, I still don't get why they put bathroom's in slide-in truck campers. Who the hell is taking a shit in a slide-in camper?? It's to sleep in, get out of the weather, and possibly cook. You usually don't hang out in a truck camper like you would a tow behind hardside. But I guess I think a bit differently than 99% of the people who buy these things.
Mines pretty off road friendly. It will go all over the mtns and desert.
My family hangs in there decently. And the bathroom is super handy for the 5yr old that's still working on potty training.
Yeah, I would like to have one like that, the only thing that causes concern is when I want to bring my blazer having a setup like that. Then you have to look at pulling doubles (since mine is a trailer queen)...which I'm not a fan of pulling doubles, and some states don't allow you to do it legally...or bring two tow rigs

I don't think you understand the fact that there is no "wilderness" around here. You can't just find a dirt road and camp on it. Someone somewhere owns it. Yeah I would never do doubles. I'd have to take two vehicles to bring the Blazer and the other dirt toys go in the trailer.

I'm lucky. I can drive less than a mile and be in National Forest. I'm hoping to get some good camping and some backpack hammockking in as soon as the weather quits playing with my emotions and decides if it's summer, winter or spring.
