2005 dodge ram 2500 steering help

It actually wasn't that bad after I regained vision and was able to breathe again. Besides smacking my face on the steering wheel and somehow ending up with snot all over my face, the only bodily injuries were seatbelt bruises. The extra 10" of travel that the axle housing added made it nice and plush:haha:

Lesson learned: ABS has no place in any sort of offroad vehicle, even if it is your tow rig! We were only traveling at about 15mph but with the wind blowing sand like crazy, I still didn't have enough time to stop (would have stopped just fine without ABS) The pedal did however give my feet a soothing massage as I stood on it for all it was worth before taking the 12' drop nose down. I thought for sure we were going to roll forward and land straight on the roof.

You can kinda see the pit behind the back tires where the front end hit and rebounded back up to land were you see it here:

bet you're glad the airbag didn't deploy as well... I've seen broken noses from those... and a pinky finger, HA! Another story, another day...
