I have a good used transfer case out of a 2012 GMC 1/2 ton 4x4. Has 69,000 original miles on it! This case is considered an "NQH" option code, and the replacement part # would be 19125652. This T-case had a 6L80E in front of it, so will only work with the 32 spline 4L80E or 6L80E. You would definitely want to confirm that this is the correct case for your application, and I can help you do so.
