203 TO 241 doubler?

anyone have opinions of what i posted up earlier in the thread?

Nobody makes an adapter to do that. You can't twin stick a 203, and you can't SYE (to make it short) a 203 therefore you end up with a really long dual tcase setups. If you wanted a case setup that long you might as well do a 203/205 divorced doubler or a 241 divorced doubler with a 205 in the back instead of the 203. The 203 is a heavy pig so wanting to leave the whole case in your rig isn't the best idea.

Why not beat the hell out of the 241 with the 4.88's and 700r4 until you can afford a one piece aluminum gear driven case , or a doubler ?

A 208/205 is doable in the same manner a 241/205 is doable. I am probably going to be running a 208/205 in my buggy in the future (hopefully the next 6-9months). A buddy of mine is a machinist and is going to take the 2.61:1 planetary from a 208 and build a crawl box out of it for myself and him to run in front of a 205. Basically a similar thing to a "black box" or "klune V" without the $1600 price tag.

Should be fun to have 5.2:1 lowrange with a 500 CID Caddy. :D
