Is a 10 spline front output shaft the same size as a 30 spline? Or in other words I'm swapping from 10 spline to 30 spline and can i use the same bearing and gears or do i have to change anything?

IIRC just swap over your bearing and install the new shaft.

I got the new shaft from a donar case and the bearing is shot.

So swap your bearing onto the donor shaft and install in your case.
