Actually what you need is a 205 with 27 spline from behind a th350, and then a spacer IIRC

and to help clear the cv head a 700 to 350 spacer plate. as the cv head is darn close to the pan if not rubbs. lots of info in the garage.

I have the complete conversion available: 27 spline 205, th350/205 adapter with shifter, and aluminum spacer to go between tranny and t/c adapter. It's a slip yoke rear output, but included is a 1350 yoke. $350 shipped

No, they were all fixed yoke up to 1980, and then most were slip yoke till the end of production of old body style rigs in '91. I'm going to venture a guess here and say only the rigs over 9600 GVW got the fixed yoke rear. What size rear output yoke do you need?

well to be honest im not quit sure... i have an 88k5 with a 700r4 and a 208, i looking to put in a fixed yoke 205 so i can twin stick and e-break it. I think its a 27 spline?

Yes, you have a 27 spline output, so you need a 27 spline input 205( there is a coupler sleeve in the adapter). If you're going to e-brake it, you'll need HAD's rear output yoke.

I'd tell you to consider Jimbo's parts, swapping a fixed yoke onto the NP205 takes all of an hour.
