I know I will get bashed for this..
But how many of you guys have clocked your cases down to get a front driveshaft in your truck?. And about how far can you go with the ring from diy?
I Finally found a th350/np208 combo for my blazer and it is going in soon.
I know, why not a 205 right? Well everyone I have talked to around here has had good luck with 208's and they have many parts cheap and available, such as a clocking ring (about 65$ compared to about 160$ for a 205 clocking plate I found)
So Anyway, What are you guys with 10"+ lifts doing for front driveshafts if you clocked your case down?
It almost seems that if it goes far enough down that a stock cv with a little clearancing may work.
Well any input would be great.
Thanks guys.
