1/2 ton status
I am selling two steering boxes. Hoping for $50 each, but will entertain all offers.
The first is a 4wd box out of my 1972 k5. It is supposed to be used with flared power steering lines. It functioned just fine in my truck, but you might as well rebuild it before using it.
The second is a 2wd box out of an early 80's truck. I purchased it as a rebuilt unit, so it should be good to go. The input shaft is smaller than the shaft on the '72, and it is intended to be used with power steering lines w/ o-rings rather than flares. I would have used this, but I found a box with the right lines and input shaft for my application.
I can include pitman arms for both boxes if needed. The boxes are in Los Angeles, but I will be driving to Salt Lake City this weekend and can deliver them if you are on the way.
