I have no idea who manufactured these...what I can tell you is that they are almost stupid thick and bomb proof. 
They're the thickest spring plates I've ever seen...so yeah, almost overkill. They also are off-center pin friendly (drilled to allow clearance) if you are wanting to move your 60 in that way. Pic...
As you can see, I had to clearance one of the holes a bit with a dremel to get my spring center pin nut some space...but it's np with a plate this thick.
No idea what I paid for them, but they can be yours for just $26 shipped. If ya kick in another $4 I'll include the stocker ff14b plates I have laying around in the garage too. Sorry, no pic of those...
