i need the bolt that connects the brake line to the caliper. the caliper is form a 78 chevy pickuo 3/4 ton. no one seems to know what to give me. anyone know the size, or could you see what size your is?

thanks

I just went down to Napa and got one to fit the caliper. Mine were from a 75 3/4 ton but yours should be the same.

It is called a Banjo bolt. I will look for my reciept to find the part number.

The reciept did not have a part number?? Just a description and price. Did not tell the size or thread count either. I would just head down to the parts store and tell them what the caliper came out of and they can pull one off of the shelf and match a banjo to it.

Be sure to get new crush washers too.

1/2 ton and 3/4 ton calipers are the same EXCEPT that fitting on the 3/4 ton caliper is metric or bigger I forget which, so with my 3/4 ton setup I ran SS lines for a 1/2 ton with 1/2 ton calipers so I could retain the lines and stock app stuff.......

if you choose to use the 3/4 ton calipers I believe you'll need 3/4 ton lines as well b/c the hole size in the part of the line that bolts to the caliper is diff if I remember right.

10 bolt calipers are metric thread, 10mm. If they're D44 calipers it's a 7/16-20. Just look for the banjo bolts in the Help! section.
