Got'cha ya dirty bastard lol :D :haha:. Just picked up a new Rigid shop vac and a couple extra hoses and tubes for the shop. Man is this going to be getting used a lot. My shop is a mess.

Look into the dust collection components you can buy from some of the wood working suppliers. Rockler and Woodcraft have good selections and prices. You could come up w/ tubes mounted around the wall/ ceiling that let you keep you vac tucked in a corner and plug the hose in at different locations around the shop.

Thats awesome, I certainly will look into that. I hate moving and dragging the unit around to. Thats how I got pissed at my little 5 gallon Craftsman shop vac, dragging it, it fell over and of course dust started blowing out all over the place. Pissed my off so I kicked it across the garage blowing my big toenail off. Took acouple months to fall off and nearly a year to completely grow back. Its as good as new now lol.
