Here is the deal. I have a sm465/203 combo and an sm465/205 combo. I want to make a doubler, but my 205 combo is a long ways a way. I thought I read somewhere that the adapter for a 32 spline sm465/205 is longer than the adapter for a 10 spline sm465/205 is this true. I wanted to find out what the spline count is on my 205 combo and I can have someone measure it where it is at. Thanks for the info.

that is what a 10 spline adaptor looks like, you will notice the np205 side of the adaptor is in a "figure 8" pattern
the 32 spline version is longer, and the np205 side of the adaptor is a circle pattern

A 32 spline 465 has a long output shaft. There is a short 32 spline output available on the aftermarket to make the doubler combo shorter and still maintain the stronger 32 spline output on the tranny.
