35 spline d60 spicers

how do i do it? i know it can be done but what do you call the respline process and who do i call to get it done?

also one of the side gears in my hubs has a groove in it and the other doesnt. problem?

Splines in a hub/slug are usually broached in.

MAD MAC on Pirate just started broaching them, $80~$100 a set. Not sure about the groove though, I'm sure it could be fixed.

Yeah check the General 4x4 there is a thread going on right now. Pirate isn't bad. Just PM the dude and set it up. IIRC it's $85 a set if you send them clean. The thread is also got some good testimonials from the guys running 35 spline spicers.
