I run 37" MT/R's and have no problems. Been running them for over 5 years.

The only 37's that aren't super $$ are hummer tires, but they take a 16.5" rim.

Much older design. Thinner sidewall (IE don't beat on the sidewalls hard). Ride decent on the road though. Well, in a HMMWV, never driven on them in anything else.

You do know bead locks don't strengthen the sidewalls, right?

Still getting the truck road worthy but they look fantastic!

Yes the yay beadlock thing was like a "Hurray no more pebbles in the bead". Its a mash of how I was feeling at the time

Check ebay, they're on there all the time. Do a search for 37 12.5 16.5 and I bet a ton will show up.

Yeah theres plenty with the original tread but I want the MT retread.

The 36's are the original tread. The MT's are the 37x12.5R16.5. I have ebay send me search results for 11.00R16 Michelins daily and I get all kinds of results that show the newer style HMMWV tires all the time.

Thanks man I'll give him a shout down the road but I'm not gonna be ready to buy them for a while. I was figuring that I'd get the MT's because they'll drive much better on the road.
